Iolando first worked for Crossroads as a summer counselor at Camp Lapham in 2011. After completing his degree in 2012, he worked as outreach speaker and facilitator for Free the Children in Seattle, where he supported youth to give back to their communities, both locally and globally. Iolando rejoined the full-time Crossroads team in 2015 and works to coach and counsel Crossroads seniors on building our postsecondary success plans to support their endeavors after graduating, coach and support recent grads as challenges arise in their Postsecondary Success plans, and raises awareness and builds understanding around best practices for persisting to and through college, and how to obtain and develop a meaningful career. Iolando holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Bridgewater State University.
