We hope that you and your family are well during these uncertain and complicated days. It is with heavy hearts that we share that the Urban Campfire will not take place as scheduled on April 30, 2020. The intensification of the current crisis compels us to act in a manner that prioritizes the health and well-being of our community members. Thank you for understanding our decision and continuing to support us during these challenging times.
Since 2009, the Urban Campfire has served as Crossroads’ signature public event, enabling us to celebrate our extraordinary community, promote awareness of our vital work, and raise critical program funds. Though we are disappointed not to celebrate alongside you this spring, we are well-served by the mantra of being “challenge ready.” We stand ready to meet any obstacle in service of our mission, and are excited to introduce some of our remarkable young people to you through our Faces of Crossroads campaign in the coming weeks.
We deeply appreciate your support of Crossroads and the Urban Campfire as we face this challenge together. We look forward to better days ahead for our community–filled with brilliant sun, good friends, boundless adventures, and inspired learning.
