2023 Summer Dates
Session 1: Monday, June 26 – Friday, July 7 – WAITLIST: Grove and General Camp (Pre-K – Gr. 7), OPEN: LIT Program (Gr. 7-10)
(Please note: camp will be closed on Tuesday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day)

Cancellation & Refund Policy
A nonrefundable deposit of $100 per camper per session is required to complete the registration process for camp. Deposits cover administrative costs and are nonrefundable, except when the camp application is declined by Crossroads, or Crossroads cancels the session.
Cancellations made prior to May 1 will receive a full refund minus nonrefundable deposits paid.
Refunds on the balance paid for sessions cancelled after May 1 will only be granted for certified medical reasons. The refund will be less the required nonrefundable deposit.
There are no refunds for not attending, late arrivals, or early departures.
Refunds for sessions that are cancelled during a session due to certified medical reasons will be prorated based on the number of days of camp attended.
