Crossroads Connects takes the stress out of meal planning for your retreat by taking care of it for you. We ensure that all meals are both nutritionally balanced and kid-friendly and can cater to a wide variety of needs—so be sure to share your specific requirements.
Some of the items our chef regularly prepares include:
Toasted bagels with cream cheese, butter, and jelly
Pancakes with maple syrup and sausage links
Bacon and fresh scrambled eggs
All breakfasts include fresh fruit, cereal, milk, juice, tea, and coffee
Grilled cheese and tomato soup
Chicken patty sandwiches and fries
Cheese and pepperoni pizza served with chips, carrot sticks, and ranch dressing
Chicken and vegetarian quesadillas served with salsa, and tortilla chips
All lunches include a fresh salad bar, milk, lemonade, and dessert
Hamburgers, hot dogs, chips, and baked beans
Hard- and soft-shell tacos
Chicken and broccoli Alfredo served with parmesan cheese and garlic bread
All dinners include salad, milk, juice, and dessert.
