A Crossroads Chef oversees all food service operations and manages staff directly involved with these operations. Understanding state and ACA health and safety requirements for food service is required and maintaining these at its highest standard is important. The Chef is responsible for ensuring that all campers and staff have three hot, well-balanced preset meals every day, and follow the summer food program requirements. Becoming a Crossroads Chef is a terrific opportunity for food service professionals.
- Location: Ashby, MA or Brewster, MA
- Salary: Stipend is $700 per week based on experience.
- Positions include room and board
- Positions start on June 17th and complete on August 17th
