Jessica joined Crossroads in 2011. She leads the program team focused on year-round evaluation and impact, program partnership development, and working with the development team to engage stakeholders and connect program initiatives to fundraising opportunities. Prior to working for Crossroads, Jessica was the director of community & business partnerships at the Boston Renaissance Charter School. She is committed to enhancing educational opportunities for young people and strengthening communities through innovative collaboration. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in music education from Ohio State University and a master’s degree in nonprofit management from Case Western Reserve University.
